Spencer W Tart - Middle East Watercolour Artist

Spencer Tart RIBA, an architect and artist, was born in England. His introduction to Saudi Arabia came in 1979/80, and since then his work has been exhibited and sold in countries throughout the Middle East including the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

His favourite mediums are watercolour and pencil, which allow him to convey the colours and Architectural details of scenes of local interest.
